When you check for updates, click the gear icon on the line next to Bags and choose Disappearing titlebars and then click the Download button to get the alternate bag window onto your system. That should give you the dropdown in Window Manager as well as the TB Modes/2/3 options when you restart the game. Please post again if it's still giving you trouble.
