I just wanted to note... at least from what I can see so far... when not having the "Play" button pushed in the UIBuilder, functions no longer trigger (OnHoverIn, etc). This is great news for me, and hopefully others who use the UIBuilder to test out more than in-game
Glad to see all the UI changes go in, and the UIBuilder being updated as well.
I'm super glad to see the user settings files for in-game being changed to XML files. I dunno if I was the first one to really bring this idea up, or the one to mention it the most, but I know that it feels quite good knowing that I at least had a small part in the shaping of the games favored changes
