Just click the F.A.Q. link on top it has a section which explains how to install interfaces.
Also I noticed the manual download is over a year old now, will see to update it one of these days.
Of course if you used the EQ2MAP Updater (or another updater for EQ2MAP) then it would install it and keep it up to date for you.
