Not a ProfitUI specific issue, and TalTal's link is not a pay service, but you can find a copy of the file in your Everquest II\LegendsOfNorrath folder, for example.

Also the question has come up before, next time use the search function please.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
