- Use the in-game macro system. 1st step is to equip the earring in the Left or Right Ear slot.
- Make the 2nd step a command step for the Left Ear Slot:
/use_equipped_item 11
Or for the Right ear slot:
/use_equipped_item 12
- Make the 3rd step equip your normal earring back in the same slot.
This allows you to equip your Fishbone Earring, click it's effect on, and equip your normal earring in one step. Works as long as you are not in combat.
