Right click and go to window properties and enable Frame and Titlebar to enable showing the spellnames/target.

Alright, I'll see what I can do. There's a good chance there's no way to do that. I know in the past I've examined the item icon and then you can inspect the products. Usually no to extract that information since it's sent from the server upon inspect each icon.
