Sorry to be annoying, but could you fix the canvas for the second DDS while you are at it? It's too large (436x524), the actual map is not located in the top left corner which actually means that the SourceRect will not work as you provided it.
Otherwise looks good (your third preview pic still has the mapper2 markings but the dds itself is good)
