I'm not sure if you are discussing with me but the Freeport and Gorowyn Tier 1 halls do have the same floorplan, just check it out. I'm not disputing that in game it is called Gorowyn Guild Hall.

Also EQ2MAP does not yet have a map for "either" of the zones anyway.
