Default Is the File Uploader broken?
*edit* was a strange cache error. file is correct.

I just uploaded the new version of my Info Center but when I go to click download, it downloads the v2 zip?

It did this the first time, so I tried reuploading. No luck. However, now the v3 zip is in the archived list for download
