You cannot stop the fill graphic from strechting to the bar's size, so either set the correct size of the bar or resize the graphic if you need to keep it's aspect ratio. Not sure if that was your question though.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
