In the window that pops up browse to your Everquest 2 directory, usually something like C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest II\, make sure it shows "Everquest II" below the directory tree where it reads "Folder:" and click "Select".

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
