Can you try this: Go to your \UI\ProfitUI\images folder and remove these files:
- commonelements.dds
- profit.dds
- window_elements_generic.dds
- window_elements_specific.dds
- windowelements.dds
Starting with 4.1 or 4.2 ProfitUI uses higher quality textures. Since that's the only remotely memory related change I made maybe this causes issues on really low-end systems (you appear to have only 1 GB of RAM).
