All the macro code needs to go in the
Macro="..." part, e.g.
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target "Jester's Cap"
raidsay Parent.Target has been capped!" Tooltip="Jester's Cap"/>
If the exclamation mark causes trouble you will probably have to write it like this
'!', but I don't think that will be necessary (not tested though).
