Kuantum, delete/rename your uisettings.ini as was suggested and as is explained in the installation instructions on the download page.
Midgetoflife, target and effects windows are changeable via the window settings, the startbutton not (yet, I'll think about it).
mortis42, bags will likely not be resizable in the final release unless I manage to solve the problems with saving the size.
