That's just saying that the client can't find certain resource files that are used for the zone you are currently in (North Queynos). That you don't have those files is a problem on SOE's end and has nothing to do with your custom UI.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
