Hehe, I hope you noticed that I set up a temporary download just for you, Zonx.

EDIT: and if you have direct Dev access please get them to fix /GameData.Maintained.Spell_X.Target, I desperately need that.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
