A quick explanation on your points:
I know that there are several issues with the .ini - one of the things I didn't get around to fix.
The sliders in the startbutton won't update dynamically. The won't show the correct values at startup, either. I'm not sure if I can fix it, but I didn't consider it important to do it so far. Same goes for the checkboxes in the controlcenter, which can't be updated dynamically. The only option would be to remove the possibility to close the windows via these options (like I did with the button for the browser window).
I noticed the missing target display in the maintained window on test. One of the things that I didn't further look at because I didn't have a lot of time to do this release but I will fix (if possible) as soon as I get to it.
I'll look into the emotelist issue, wasn't aware of that so far.
