InfoCenter is a reskinned mod by DBurgdorf. I'm really not up to speed on how it functions or why edits wouldn't show ingame. I recomend you check the
InfoCenter Support Thread.
I'm assuming you launched EQ2 after making the edits. Edits made to any UI files while ingame wont show till you relog.
