Description:
By default, this addon will automatically show helmet on plate wearers if target is higher level than player, or if health falls below 50% regardless of the target level.
It does not actually change the equipment, it just runs the /showhelm 1 or /showhelm 0
This addon is just for fun and immersion purposes
Installation:
Install like any other addon. If this is your first addon, please follow these instructions: https://www.eq2interface.com/forums/faq.php?faq=howto_install#faq_new_faq_item
Copy _ShowHelmet.xml to your addon UI folder and add the EQ2UI_custom.xml include line to your EQ2UI_custom.xml in your addon UI folder.
Usage for v2.x
This addon has all the functions of the v1.0 main all alternate version and more. Many of the functions can be modified while in game using various show_window commands as described below.
This addon can be turned off and on while in game: Default is ON
Use the following commands in game via chat command or macro:
To turn off entire addon:

Class checking can be turned off while in game to show headgear for all classes: Default is class checking is ON

Target level checking can be modified while in game to show headgear for various target levels: Default is 0 so it shows headgear if target is equal or higher level than player
Use the following command format in game via chat command or macro:

Options are LevelMod-2, LevelMod-1, LevelMod0, LevelMod1, LevelMod2

To show headgear if target level is 2 levels higher than player level or higher:

Player health level checking can be modified while in game to show headgear when player health falls below a certain percent: Default health threshold to automatically show helmet is 50%
Use the following command format in game via chat command or macro:

Options are HPBelow90, HPBelow80, HPBelow75, HPBelow70, HPBelow60, HPBelow50, HPBelow40, HPBelow30, HPBelow20, HPBelow10, HPBelow0

To show helmet if player health falls below 90%:

Usage for v1.0
Install which version you want to use and it will be automatic. There are now in-game commands to use.

Main version will show helmet on plate wearers if target is higher level than player, or if health falls below 50% regardless of the target level.
Optional Versions:

2: Always show helmet in combat for plate wearers.
