This may have been addressed already however I could not find it. I am having trouble curing or pre-curing single dots in the group and raid windows. When I press the cure icon button nothing happens if there isn't already a dot in the icon space. I do have "cure check" off but have tried with it on and off just to be sure.


Also in the old UI I was able to spam single cures all the time but now with the Live version I click the dot to cure and sometimes it doesn't cure or it tells me I have to wait. I sit at 100% recovery and I understand even with that at 100 there is still a recovery time of .25 sec but my brain to finger response is a longer than .25 sec anyway. Just checking to see if there might be a fix for this.

Is there a command to bring up the "Tagging/Spellcast Monitor" window? When I log out the monitor disappears and I have to go to the window setting options and find that window name in the drop down menu to select it and toggle it back on. If there is a / command I can just make a macro for it but I need to know what/if there is one.

The default key combination to open/close the Tagging window (Spellcast Monitor) is Shift+Ctrl+T. This can be changed to whatever you like in the Options (Alt+O) window. I believe it's in either Controls >> Window Keys or User Interface >> Window Keys. You can also right-click a blank spot on the Target window and choose "Tag" from the pop-up context menu.

Darq I just want to say I love your UI mod, first time using it was a couple days ago, been a long time Profit user. My only thing I would like to see if possible to add in the future is the bottom bar that displays your stats I wish on the custom bar I could have it display anything I wanted to select on it and have it display on both the left & right side. If you are familiar with profit you could go into the config section and custom select or unselect what would show on the bottom bar, thats what I'm after. Any chance this could get looked into?

You can do this. In the DarqUI updater utility go to the Experience tab. For the custom stats option choose #13 for the left and/or right side for each character you want this set to (note that you can switch xp bar views in-game, this just sets which view is default for each character).


Now, in-game log in to your character, then open your persona window. There is a view in your persona window that shows all your stats and lets you click to specify which ones will show in the xp bar's custom view. You can have 4 stats on each side of the xp bar for a total of 8.

Well thanks Lanrion I didn't see you could do it for both sides excellent! Now if there is a way to get it to show 6 per side I would be in heaven

Just tried it and nope can't do both a right & left side, all it'll do is if you select to show it on both sides is the same exact stats. Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only able to do it on the non "live" version or?

Lanrion's description is exactly right except that there is only one custom 4-stat page that can go on the left or right side (or both) so you are not setting it up wrong. The original idea was to choose a preset stat page for each XP type on one side, and then supplement that with custom stats of your choosing on the other side.

Before the DarqUI Live project was started, I had been working on a fairly ambitious drag-and-drop interface for the standard DarqUI utility to do what you are describing -- left and right custom pages with 6 stats each. It's been on the back-back burner since I haven't come up with a clean way to do drag-and-drop in the Live version. Let me see what I can come up with, although if the code gets too heavy it may not be worth it.

Are those new .xml that were downloaded on the lastest patch have you already patched them or are you working on them? Just curious.

UI changes that affect DarqUI are generally updated the same day, and to my knowledge all windows are current. Is there an issue I need to be aware of?

Not that I am aware of, but I heard of beast lords having a problem since the update with windows that were patched on that day and they added a new .xml to the game.

This horizontal version of the DarqUI Live Maintained Spell Monitor was a custom request, but I thought others might like to try it out. Everything works the same as the standard maintmon. If you decide to try this version out, rename or move your current betamark file to a safe place in case you want to go back to it later, then unzip and copy the file below into your custom UI folder.

(Also, make sure you have gotten the latest DarqUI Live updates from the updater before using this alternate version.)
