so, i created a new subfolder in the ui-folder. named it darqui. i only copied the eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers.xml, which was created by your "darqui window utility"-tool in this folder. so the game loaded the standard ui except of your groupwindow. but i got the same font. it looks the same. and the problem remained the same.
and the code in it isnt wrong, it says fury:
<Data Name="Label" Value="Set1" Class="Fury" DispLevel="90" />
but again, isnt this only the code for the "normal" spells which i can define? not the cures? cause all these spells, which are shown in the first line in my picture, i can use without any problems. the second line, which should be for the cures, and which are empty squares, are broken for me.

The font shown in your image (the level "90") is not the default font which my windows use. This tells me you may have some issues going on with multiple interfaces.
Otherwise, if your cure tooltips are blank, then the window cannot determine your character's class and is defaulting to the non-curing class code. Open the Group window from the Save dialog (click "View Code") and find the block of code for your priest character. The correct priest class (in English) should be present in the Class field like this:
<Data Name="Label" Value=" charactername" Class=" Templar" DispLevel="90" />
The only way for non-US clients to automatically set cures is through the Class field shown in blue above.

well, i start eq2 with the everquest2.exe not with the launcher, so no files should get overwrite, i think. when i click the cure nothing happens, no message or tooltip text appears. only a small black and empty tooltip.
hovered over the right one, must be the curse cure i think.
do i understand it right. a new folder with only the groupwindow.xml in it? dont i have to change something in the eq2.ini so that it get loaded from the new ui-folder?

A couple of things here. First, I would create a new custom UI folder alongside the Profit and Default folders. If you copy the group window into the default UI, it's going to get overwritten from the server each time you start the game. Also, what happens when you click a cure button? Do you get no response, or do you get chat text? Finally, what do the Cure tooltips say when you log in with your priest?

i copied the groupmembers.xml into the default ui, and tested it. but still the same problem. i can cast the selected spells but not the cures. i disabled "cure check" too.
i dont really know if this is a problem or what this means, but when i start the window utility i get the message "the eq2.ini file was not found ...."

Thedell, try putting the DarqUI group window into a custom UI folder all by itself without ProfitUI and see how it works. When you have it working like you want, then try copying the group window into ProfitUI.

first of all thanks for your ui. i used to work with profitui and just wanted to download your groupwindow. i play on german server, so i downloaded the german spell-list and checked "international comp ... mode". i copied the groupmembers.xml in my profitui folder and overwrote the existing one. logged in and the selected spells from the utility window worked fine, but the cures doesnt work. with a healer class. also changed on the priest tab the english "cure" to the german "heilkraft" from the list i could select. but i cant get the cures to function.

Can u explain please 1 line of the csv file for me i would like to add Demonstration of Faith 1-7 i have the spell ID's and the spell icon file name but don't understand all the columns. Thanks

Karrani, there's a good chance you'll get your wish. I'm testing several updates to the Group window, including a choice to switch the class icons out for F-key symbols (F1, F2, etc.) The F-keys are clickable and can be configured with targeted commands like the spell buttons, but they are global to all characters and they won't take up a spell button slot. So you could configure F1 for /afk for example, and F2 through F6 for autofollow.

Your UI seems to be fixing all the problems I have been having every time I look here. Nice.
However, one thing I really miss is clicking on a group name and automatically going into /follow. I multibox, so really depend on this. I dont want to put a command in all my alt's quick strings. Any chance?

Hi Ansar, I don't have EQ2 Extended so I'm not sure what the differences are for the UI. But it should not be very different from EQ2. Instead of using the loadui pop-up menu, try typing:
/loadui DarqUI
and see if the UI pieces show up. If that works, you know you've got the custom folder in the right place. Then if you want to load DarqUI by default, locate the eq2.ini file in your game directory and make sure the following two lines are there:
cl_ui_subdir UI/
cl_ui_skinname DarqUI
If you don't have an eq2.ini file, you can create one with Notepad. Follow the F.A.Q. link at the top of this page for instructions.

Adding cureplayer command worked. As for the threat window I took that out. I don't use it much anyways. After messing around with the UI's I think that the /loadui might of brought that back, just didn't think about it at the time. Had anther piece of ui that was disappearing until I used that command.

Here are some ideas that might help.
There will be two defaults when you /loadui one of them (top one) will be darqui. Make sure youre running the utility under admin and in settings tab you picked the right location for the ui folder. You might need to create a eq2.ini file if the utility can't find it.
