I also am having the crash issue, and when i restart EQ2 all my windows are reset to the basic layout. Then i have to take 30mins or so to reset everything back to the way it was.

Any ideas? As this is pretty damn annoying... I love the UI aside from that, and would hate to have to start using another ui.

I'm having the same problem lately where I keep getting kicked to desktop. Occurs when I accept a quest, click on my journal somewhere, crafting or zoning so far.

The spell effects under the target and implied target are both cut off.

Bank window, broker window and 1 or 2 other windows that I can't remember right now don't save their place.


Other than that...good job.

Just tried this UI and the fonts are all black and really fuzzy, could someone tell me whot to do to make them nice and clear like the Screenshot?

First off, I love this UI, it has the best I have used in a long while. Just had to give props. The only problem I have with this UI is that the Target & Target Implied Windows can not be resized, and as such are so small that I can not see the buffs on both targets. When I switch from the small icon display to the large icon display for the target windows I can see character buffs, but only for a second, then the windows revert back to the small size and I no longer see the buffs.

-- Target window too small and can not be resized, resulting in an inability to see buffs on selected target.
-- Target Implied window too small and can not be resized, resulting in an inability to see buffs/dots on implied target.

I have noticed that since the last patch (LU 30? The last one that removed Winterfell in any case) I and my GF have experienced a great deal of crashes, and every time the UI settings get reset to defaults (we now have a saved profile we /load_uisettings every time we crash).

The crashes occur mostly when:

- receiving/turning in quests (several times a night, last night I counted 10 times)
- joining groups (more rarely, once a night)
- other UI actions (fast opening/closing of windows)

+ These crashes did not occur before the LU
+ These crashes do not occur with the default EQ2 UI

Apart from these recent problems, we are only really annoyed by the worse drag/drop of inventory items. The rest of the UI is fantastic and I think 80% of our guild uses it, it is pretty much the default for us.

couple of bugs here...

some of the target windows and implied target windows are too small and cannot be resized... cannot see the buffs/debuffs below the health power bars on both windows....

somehow the ui_settings.ini files are getting corrupted in a way that they lose all your settings for windows and end up loading the default position and sizes for all windows.

Lastly... I miss the preveous verison of the way the hotbars could totaly hide the spinners... IE, not show up when you hover over them... could we have that back please =)

The problems I am having at present is I can't lock the CA's in the toolbar.

Everything else is working fine.

I reverted to EQ2 normal UI and still have the same problem with guild chat, I am not close to a mailbox to check it. Also other guild members are reporting not able to speak in guild chat, so I guess it is an SOE issue and not a ProfitUI one.

I am having the exact same problem, I cannot loot, cannot talk in guild chat and cannot open the mailbox. Going to uninstall revert to normal UI and see if it fixes it.

This was happening to me also, I had to do a system restore to about Jan 1, 2006 to get it to work, any ideas whats causing it?

For me, I can click on a mailbox, no window pops up. I can't speak in guild chat or any chat channels other then personal tells. Could someone verify if this is ProfitUI or what?
