sure, that's possible. you could do this one of two ways. edit the xml for the mainchat, and change the background in the main body of the window. easy enough to do, i've just tried to avoid making too many changes to this window since it seems like it's been changed by SOE often enough The other way is to change the actual image file so that it is just a solid black square instead of the grey brushed aluminum; also easy enough to do.

which would you prefer? and if you want help send me a PM and I can make the change to the image file or the xml file and send it to ya.

just posted another update, should fix all the problems that arose from the latest patch, including the mail windows, bags, mitigation & avoidance and journal quest level info.

pretty common problem after the patch.. check out this link, in the meantime, you can use one of the other bag mods, or wait for an update...

this is a problem with your eq2ui_fonts.xml file.. which.. unless i'm mistaken wasn't a part of this ui.. (possibly a bag/box addon you dropped in?) delete the file so it uses your default fonts file, or check and see if the other mod you included has come out with an update, and your problem clicking in text boxes will go away. (you'll probably also find you can't enter anyone elses house using the 'visit' option)

as for fixing the rest of the things in the new patch.. wyynd mentioned an update soon, in the meantime, all the changes are fairly easily made.. there was a diff of the files changed, past and present linked to on the main page of the site, just pop into uibuilder and make the changes needed.. (the only thing that really mattered to me was the ac change to mitigation/avoidance.. so i fixed the statbox/startbutton window and the persona window to reflect those changes.. don't have anywhere to put a link up to it, but i'd assume the 'official' update from the author will be up shortly anyway..

Hello, Love you UI just have 1 small problem with it =p. My bags are all messed up i can't seem to view the entire bag. Currently it only shows the first 2 lines of it. Anyone had this problem?

I can't enter text in the broker window after installing this UI. It just gives a + sign for when moving windows around instead of a text enter blinking line. I installed the Mook broker on top of this & thought it was the cause so I went back to the original broker window but it's still doing it. I'm going to try to systematically get rid of the files in the images one by one to see if the widgets or anything is causing it. Wish I knew more about xml, heh.

most of the windows that were affected have been fixed (persona, journals, stats window), and I played a little last night and they appear to be working properly. I'll take a look at the mail window and try to update it to match the rest of the UI look.

I'll upload it later tonight when i get home from work and get a chance to take a look at the mail windows.

With the new Avoidance and Mitigation that has came out with todays patch 3/21/05 it is not showing this, but instead showing 10000AC...so far that is the only bug i have noticed.

Oops, it's not actually bugged, I found out this auto drop off area (which's at the small paperdoll window) for bank withdrawing to inventory.. Thanks

Nevermind, I'm stupid. Didn't know implied target only shows up if grouped.

Judging from the screenshots, it appears that the implied target window doesn't work for anyone? All I get is a blank box that pops up (and it pops up whenever I target anything, even things that aren't targetting anything else).
