Pretty much the same as Insomniac's, but can Shift-PageUp & Down

Insomniac made an awesome mod, but coming from EQ1 i got too used to the Shift+PageUp/PageDown to loose it..so i put the function back in. So the real credit for this one still goes to Insomniac.

Can't get this to work.. i install it as all the other mods and eq2 crashes once i log in. If i delete the skininfo.xml file it boots as normal, but the chat windows are the original
