First test of UI Mod

Description

Thanks goes out to ZoleN and Insomniac, this is a test of thier work. Its ONLY the files required for this to work.

Updated: ZoleN missed a couple of images for updating.

Use the READ ME.txt for installing.

Updated for Release. Should work with no issues.

11/17 Corrected issue with EQUI_skininfo.xml not showing up in /loadui choices

DO NOT USE /LOADUI... it does not work, use read me for installation
