GU41 & Journal Update

Game Update #41 Released With Game Update #41 came no major changes to the UI. The journal window has been altered to include a checkbox for hiding completed collection quests in the collection tab. I updated both my journal mods to support this change. I know it's a few days late, but it's been a bit busy on this end!
