Cursor Icon and Info?

Hello has anyone found where the cursor info is located? I'd like to play with changing the graphics for the cursor.

I've looked through all the image files and didn't see it, tga's included. (man did they leave a bunch of design crap in.)

Well if anyone comes up with the file location please let me know.
