Is an "All in One" bag mod possible?

The bags/containers of EQ2 drive me insane. My wife and I just came back to EQ2 after being gone awhile playing the 800 pound gorilla in the room, and one of my favorite mods in that game was an all in one bag/bank bag system.

I was wondering if it would be possible for one of the EQ2 mod devs to create something like this. I have linked the other mod for you to check out and perhaps use for brainstorming.
