where do I make a new character

Ok I 1st want to say that this is the only UI I will EVER use. I had some computer issues and was finally able to get EQ2 to work again as well as ProfitUI Reborn. Here is my problem. My sign in screen has a splash screen that says ProfitUI Enabled across it, thats all fine. When I camp to the character selection it takes me back to this screen. If I want to make a new character ~ well there is no where I can do that or if I want to alter the way a toon looks. I know you are going to say start with a fresh install but I'm not sure that is going to be possible ... is there maybe a quik way to get to the new character screen ..... please thanks

Just enter no character name when logging in.
