Adjusting Scrollable Distance

I may have the complete wrong file, but when trying to allow more scrolling distance in the spell window how would one do that? I am using the following file - eq2ui_mainhud_maintained.xml

I am trying to allow longer scrolling in the spell window not the maintained one (ie NOT the one with food and drink) so I may have the wrong file completely. Once I get the right file though, what would you edit to allow more scrolling. Say instead of only seeing the 30 or so default icons, is it possible to scroll further and see more?

Hope the above question is clear, I sort of do and don't know what I am trying to say haha.
