I think Dolby broke something actually. We're trying to get the jpegs autogenerated and possibly the image conversion software he installed for that messed it up.

Update: Dolby fixed it for now

One note:
It seems like overkill to have all three files be the full 1000x880. Why not crop the top two layers down to match he actual viewable area (800x600 or so?), leaving the shadow of the underlying area.

This is what I did with the top map of Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted -

but if eq2map official council 1-) insist to trim it, I'll trim.
