Tagret Casting Bar

does drumsUI not have this command? : "/show_window Custom.TargetCasting"

It should show up just like our casting bar, but instead it shows the targets casting bar. This is extremely useful in raiding.

Not currently, but I've had enough requests to put it in. So keep an eye out for it being added to the full UI.
