Tradeskill window

Hi i was just wondering about one functionallity of Version 3.2, on the tradeskill window what is the blue bar with the percentage and the decimal represent if someone can point me to what those 3 things do id appreciate it. oh also how do i open the LFG window? Thanks guys.

those are durability, progress (both like in the standard window) and additionally your power.
