Chat TimeStamp

Would it be possible to add "seconds" to the Chat windows ?

Currently the TimeStamp goes like 09:02 (hour and minutes).
Is there a way to add Seconds, like 09:02:47 ?

not possible, chat window contents are not controlled by the UI
