Maintained spell window vanishing

It's not the greatest problem, as i seem i can play alright without it, but one of the maintained spell windows shows up when eq starts to boot than goes away. It's the one where you can go left/right small/big. i tried other ones but no problem. I installed profit on my friends computer and doesn't have a problem at all. I've re-extracted everything to the UI folder,.. and even deleted the /load_uisettings and started over,.. but the same damn thing still happens. Anyhoos, any help or advice would be very wonderfully super cool.

i'm bad at putting some things into words.

One of the maintained shows for 2 sec on first loadup screen for that toon, than just goes away. i have one up,.. that shows all my personal spells. but not of the one cast on me by other players, or my debuffs. hope you understand ...heh

Oh, that sounds like the Player Effects window.

Try pressing F10 once and see if the window is where it's supposed to be. Press F10 two times to go back to normal.

The keyboard shortcut to show that window should be ALT-E.

There's an Option to force all the MainHUD windows to be visible. Options - User Interface - Game Windows - Keep Main HUD Windows Visible
