Player window tooltip

Greetings,
I have been bashing my head against this issue for awhile.

As you seen in my screenshot i have 2 buttons in my player window with tooltips set. But no matter what I do i cant get the default tooltip to go away, even if i mouseover the button that has a tooltip.

There is no dynamic data in this window. Is there something I am missing or a work-around I could use?

Is there a page maybe covering up your buttons? Or did you maybe accidently use the AbsorbsInput=false somewhere?

Well I have the buttons doing what they should now but ... I would like the player window tooltip ONLY with the left 2 statues. not the full window.
