login screen

How do I get regular login screen back with Profit reborn..I dont liike the profit one

just like in the default UI, simply log in by typing your username and password, nothing more

I love the UI but I want the default login Not the Profit enabled one

In the default UI you also need to enter your username and password, so where is the difference?

Anyway just delete eq2ui_loginscene.xml to get rid of the ProfitUI window.

The diffrence is it dont have the news page when ya first click EQ2 icon it gos right into the login screen

News page? I've never known the login screen to have a news page. Are you thinking about the launchpad which has the character list, rotating ad and Play button on it? If so, that's not modded by ProfitUI at all. To get it you need to run EQ2.exe (or use a shortcut linked to it) and not Everquest2.exe. The only way I know of to get the "ProfitUI Enabled" login screen is to run Everquest2.exe directly, which skips the patcher and means you aren't getting game updates downloaded and applied.
