Click to Cure not saving default

I'm sure this is answered elsewhere and I apologize if I'm re-asking something that has already been addressed but I am having a problem where my click to cure window isn't saving my option to interrupt my current cast vs. queuing up the cure. It used to save it from session to session but now it seems as though every time I camp or restart or whatever, I have to reset it. Its not that major of an issue just wondered if there might be an easy fix I'm overlooking. Thanks in advance.

no it never saved, but read the FAQ on how you can configure the default setting
