Spell Effects/Detrimental Effects windows bugged

Patched Profit tonight and now I have no icons showing up in my detrimental effects window or effects window. Ack.....
I tried relogging eq2 and nothing helped and it is not a scrolling issue.

I have the same problem, but I haven't looked in to it's cause yet.

I'll see if I can work it out.
