How can I make my maps work again?

I have EQ2 Map downloaded and it worked fine until LU19. Then it would not work at all I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still not working. I can update from desktop and everything I get no Errors it just does not work when I log into game. Is there something I need to do now I have tried full uninstall already do not want to go that route again.

Do you use a custom UI? If so, do you have the updater pointing to that custom UI folder?
