Let me summarize the problem and resolution for everyone.

There is a known bug on SOE's end affecting virtually every pre-KOS indoor zone. These zones were not designed to have maps to begin with so were never setup to include fog layer data. Previously the layer was disabled in those zones, so wasn't an issue for our custom maps and POIs.

As a result of changes made in the EOF expansion, an empty fog layer is now overlaying and blocking the custom POIs provided by EQ2Maps for these zones. This prevents clicking most POIs and icons on the map and disables tooltips for them.

This is not a problem we "The EQ2Maps team" can fix without causing other problems. SOE needs to change code on their end. SOE is already aware of the problem and do plan to fix it. Since its not a problem for any zones with an "official" map, it may not be a top priority and may be a while befor it is fixed.

There is a work around...

Using FetishNightfall:
The Fog button should be visible in the upper right corner of the map. Click it twice, then however many times it takes to set it unchecked.

If for some reason the fog button isn't visible, use the command below to make it visible.

Using every other version of EQ2Maps:
1) type the following into your chat box to display the fog button (Caps matter).
Code:
/show_window MainHUD.Map.FogCheckbox
2) Click the now visible Fog button twice, then however many times it takes to set it unchecked.
3) Now click the World tab and back to Zone map.

Your POIs should be unblocked.
If a MOD couple please sticky or announce this to cut down some of the questions?
