Bank-bag window

The feature once worked and it's a great benefit to see what is in the bank during broker transactions, but it only makes the opening sound ATM, I can't see the window to see the bags... Known issue/reinstall?

SOE broke that (technically I suppose they fixed it

), I have yet to see whether I can find a way to put it back in.
