Seperate Chat Related Settings

Probably my biggest problems with the Chat system are:

1) chat channels never loading in their proper tabs upon initial log in
2) un-enterable chat channels loading into alternate characters when using /load_uisettings.

My request is to just save all chat options, or chat channel settings in a totally seperate file from the UI Settings INI file.

Of course, maybe the chat window could just have some fixes implemented, but these problems have been lying around forever now. Enough is too much!

Amen, brother! Although you can work-around #1 by having all your channels on a window OTHER than the one containing the main chat tab. That seems to stop the main chat tab from stealing them (although it can be a bit inconvenient, you do get used to it after a while).

Cool. Unforunately, I've switched my game playing to use only 1 chat window, cause i like to play on highest quality that I am able to play smoothly. The more chat windows, the less performance unfortunately

If things were editable by INI settings this would be so much EASIER!!!
