UI Update server program

Is there an application or program that lists all current UI/mod/addons and installs them at your request?

Similar to a program that World Of Warcraft has, I guess... can't remember its name though... UICentral I think.

Theres no such program for here.

Some of the individual UIs have autoupdaters, but theres no one big updater for EQ2Inteface.
