Slim and Trim Knowledge Book

Been poking around here for a while now (great place btw) and I currently do not see a Mod that I feel would be great to have for myself. Its the Knowledge Book. Is there a Mod around that trims all of the excess and makes it so the Knowledge Book no longer takes up almost all of my screen? There seems to be a lot of wasted space between the icons and the buttons across the top. I would like if it still had the same appearance (colors, font, etc) just everything moved closer together.

Instead of Icons like this:

X.....X.....X.....X

X.....X.....X.....X

X.....X.....X.....X

Have them like this:

X X X X
X X X X
X X X X

Anyone here point me a way to what I may be looking for?

I had a mod that I put out a while ago, the trimmed down the space, a bit, put single pixel borders, and just made the background black. Someone recently updated it and added the sort button...

Guess my thought wasn't so much on the border space as it was the huge empty areas around the center 16 icons....

I put one together. The toughest part was the background. I'm still trying to shave off some horizontal space.

Hey Pooka,

LOVE LOVE LOVE your knowledge book! I love how much smaller it is and that it doesn't take away from my screen. Now, was wondering if it might be possible to shrink it even more by maybe making it two rows of putting spells abilities, ts? Like for tradeskilling, I keep my book pretty organized because I like to tradeskill with my book open rather than use hotbars. (I know I'm a dork) But if it's possible, it would be great. That way I can free up even more space! If not, this is coolio!

I'd like a knowledge book with more columns. Now that I'm heading to level 60 I'll need 6 columns by 3 rows so that I can array all the skills accross by tier and down by function.

If it was possible to put more than 16 spells on a visible page, I'm sure it would have been modded already.
