C2C configurating so it sends a tell or shout that you are curing

Is there a way to configuate the C2C (not the buttons...i have that working)...to send a tell or shout in raid that you a re curing by pressing the cure Icons...if so can some one help. and maybe explain what file I configure?

would be greatly appreciated.

I strongly discourage editing the .xml files and thus preventing any updates to those. Check the FAQ instead on how to do this.
