Default Standard Hotbar issues!

Had to dump my entire UI for EoF, like most of us here. So now I'm using the god-awful SOE version of the hotbar and it's giving me nothing but grief.

I reduce the size of the icons (way to go, that's a useful feature), but the clickthrough won't work. If I place my hotbars close together, the deadzone from the other hotbars overlap and render them unclickable.

Anybody else experiencing this or is it just me?

I now have my 7 hotbars eating up double the space. Let's hope somebody makes a new one soon

It's a known problem with the current hotbar. I think someone said a fix was to decrease the minimum size of the hotbar window to fix it.

I too am suffering here. My Undead Gothic UI is no longer functioning so I need to revert back to the default UI.

Can someone explain in layman's terms how I can go about doing this.

I know I altered my .ini file when I switched over to Undead Gothic. What do I need to re-write into the .ini so it recognizes and loads the default UI from Sony?

Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer me with this issue.

This is the text in my eq2.ini file

cl_ui_skinname Default
cl_ui_subdir UI/
cl_movie_enabled 0

The third line is so I don't have to watch that movie at launch.

I've already got the deadspace removed on the new SoE Default Hotbars, but... I can't seem to get the Page Changer thing to stay where I want it...

I'll be releasing all new UI pieces to remove deadspaces, etc... bla bla... but the good news is I'll be completely updated on the windows. Starting from scratch so to ensure the latest SoE features and optimizations on all windows.

If anyone knows how to handle that stupid page changer thing... I want it to always be at the bottom-right icon.

I have it working on the full horizontal view, with no deadspace, and all the nifty SoE features, but... when I try to vertical any part of that hotbar to say make a square one, or an all vertical one... that page changer shoots itself off to the left a BUNCH and dissappears.
