Problem with interface ;/

Hey there...

I downloaded a interface and installed as i should...

But i cant move my hotbars

I have tryed to unlock all window's but it dont work ..

Hope you can help me...

I downloaded "Tyejae Steel bottom" it's really nice and all the other stuff work but not the hotbar's
