Additional text in the ui code

Hey All,

I've been out of the loop for nearly a year now . I have reactivated my account as of yesterday though, and when I went in to do some preliminary checking on some ui stuff I noticed that a ton of stuff now has junk like this in it (the text in red):

 <Data Name="TestAL1" text=":de8e7b0549cc4900:Default Level 1"/>

Why has all that crud been thrown into the ui?

Seems extremely annoying to me, but if there's a reason for it then I suppose I can live with it... And if it turns out that I'm just going insane then please let me know that too.
