Default Moors of Ykesha icon oddness

In Moors of Ykesha I'm seeing all of the white book icons marking quest points overlaid with a solid (non-flashing) red book icon that looks like the quest-completion icon. I don't recall it being that way Sunday. Is anyone else seeing this?

Im responsible for this
There are now 2 books , one with a fether for Quests and one with the book for Quest update.
There is now also a new icon for Quest from NPC with a feather.
Done this to follow SOEs icons for New and Update quest.

Aha. I knew there were separate icon types for quest starters vs. quest updates. I take it then that the two icons are really one: a standard book with the quest-update marker overlaid on it to distinguish it from a quest starter. Thanks.
